Biography
Jessica Caresse White, PMP, CSM, is the founder and Managing Director of J.Caresse & Company, an operations transformation advisory in Fort Lauderdale that helps PE-backed and high-growth enterprises become AI-ready.
She brings more than a decade of transformation experience, including roles at McKinsey & Company, Cisco, and Hitachi, serving Fortune 500 and global organizations across data governance, systems modernization, and change delivery.
In one recent engagement she stood up a global firm's first data governance council, cutting its strategic reporting cycle in half and removing hundreds of thousands of dollars in duplicate software spend.
Jessica also convenes a private series of AI implementation round tables with senior leaders and hosts the Connecting the Dots podcast.
Her work rests on one conviction: technology scales only when the people and operating model around it are ready first, and real transformation moves an organization from chaos to structure without losing the humans inside it.
