Biography
Marcos Garrido has spent three decades building products and nearly twenty helping organizations change how they think, learn, and deliver.
Based in Boca Raton, he is co-founder of K21, Nower, and wBrain, an enterprise AI, data and automation practice, and one of a small global group holding Scrum Alliance's three top credentials: Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach, and Certified Team Coach.
He has personally certified more than 10,000 professionals across 450+ classes in 15 countries with a 4.94 out of 5 trainer rating, while his frameworks and writing have reached over 50,000 professionals across 500+ organizations.
He teaches Agile leadership to executive students at PUC-Rio's IAG business school and has keynoted more than 15 Scrum Gatherings worldwide. His current work is hands-on with AI, arguing that AI does not remove the need for delivery discipline but multiplies it: his Usage-Driven Development approach uses real usage data, rather than the plan or the backlog, to decide what a team does next.
