

Biography
Dr. Ernesto Custodio is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Project Management at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies, based at the Miami campus, where he teaches and leads graduate courses across the Master of Science in Project Management program.
He holds a PhD in Information Systems, an MBA, and the PMP, SAFe SPC, and Registered Scrum Trainer credentials. He brings more than twenty years of industry experience, including Agile transformation work at Cisco Systems and founding the consulting firm Agile Genesis.
His current work focuses on integrating AI literacy into project management education, including the development of graduate coursework on leading AI initiatives and the governance frameworks that shape them.
He is a Principal Instructor with oversight of multiple program courses and works at the intersection of teaching, curriculum development, and program strategy. His teaching and research interests span Agile delivery, program and portfolio management, and the emerging discipline of managing projects where artificial intelligence is the object of the work.
