In this engaging conversation, four FIU deans representing distinct disciplines will share their perspectives on leadership, project execution, and the realities of moving bold ideas forward. Through examples from their own fields, the discussion will explore how leaders build teams, manage competing priorities, engage stakeholders, navigate uncertainty, and translate strategy into results.

The conversation will bring these ideas to life through real world initiatives spanning science and exploration, hospitality and major events, healthcare, the built environment, and community impact, from research and conservation efforts reaching audiences through Shark Week to the complex partnerships behind the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, along with other projects creating impact across South Florida and beyond.

Facilitated through the lens of project management, the session will examine what project professionals can learn from leaders working across very different environments and what these leaders increasingly need from the people responsible for turning vision into execution.
