This year’s theme, The Journey to What’s Next, reflects progress across careers, projects, organizations, and communities. Aligned with PMI’s Next direction and evolving ways of working, we welcome sessions that connect leadership, strategy, and delivery in a real world context.

We encourage submissions across a range of topics such as leadership, artificial intelligence, and strategy, along with others listed below. These represent the capabilities professionals need to navigate change, lead effectively, and deliver meaningful results.

We are especially interested in perspectives that help participants move forward in their own journey while also understanding how our broader community is evolving. This includes insights from those leading initiatives, driving transformation, or contributing to efforts that are shaping South Florida and beyond.
