In this experiential workshop you will learn how to use a proven leadership tool: PeopleTek’s LeadershipCOMPASS™, and be able to assess where you are, what you what to accomplish, and determine how you are going to lead yourself and others towards that goal/objective.

You will leave the session with concrete steps to take based on your self-assessment
results, and after obtaining an understanding of the twelve areas of effective leadership
identified in The Leadership COMPASS™.

We must begin by looking at ourselves and then with others. If you, your team, or
