Biography
Matt Kinsey, DTM is the Past International President of Toastmasters International, a global
nonprofit dedicated to communication and leadership development. During his term on the
Board of Directors, he guided strategy for an organization with more than 270,000 members in
144 countries, championing innovation and member engagement worldwide.

Outside Toastmasters, Matt is the Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer of
IT Fusion, LLC, a managed services provider based in Coral Springs, Florida. With over two
decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience, he specializes in IT support, cybersecurity,
and compliance for professional services firms. Under his leadership, IT Fusion has become a
trusted partner to law firms, CP As, and other businesses where digital trust is mission-critical.
Matt's career began in corporate leadership roles with companies like Kinko's and Office Depot
before launching his own business in 2007. He is driven by a passion for helping individuals and
organizations succeed by removing barriers-whether in technology, leadership, or
communication.
